KYC Without the Headache: How I Avoid Document Rejections

Getting “Rejected: unreadable” after two days of casino play is the worst. Been there, fixed that. Read on to pick up a small kit and a clean upload flow I run every time.

Before you send docs, check Mell Stroy Online Casino. It’s a streamer-curated bonus hub with clear terms up front: you’ll see all the perks, along with wagering and caps. I like the transparency – everything is visible before you even think about KYC today.

    No-Reject Verification Checklist

Here come the exact steps I follow to get my docs pass on the first try. Nothing tricky – see for yourself!

    Build a Simple “KYC Kit”

I keep one folder with clean, ready files. When a site asks, I upload and move on. Inside:

    ItemWhy it mattersFile name exampleNotes
Primary ID – frontMain identity checkID_front.jpgPassport or national ID. Color photo.
Primary ID – backConfirms number/expiryID_back.jpgSame lighting and angle as front.

Proof of Address (POA)Links you to an addressPOA_2025-10-13.pdfBank e-statement or utility bill ≤90 days.
Card proof (masked)Ties deposits to youCard_front_MASKED.jpgShow first 6 + last 4 only. Hide CVV.

Crypto receiptVerifies on-chain depositsCrypto_TX_hash.pngTX hash + your wallet address visible.

Support notes (txt)Speeds up reviewsNotes.txtOne-liners: transliteration, name order, etc.

    ID That Passes

Most rejections are bad photos, not bad IDs. I shoot once, and I do it right. My blueprint:

    1. Flat surface. All four corners in frame.
    2. Side light to kill glare; no overhead shine.
    3. Steady hands. Elbows on the table. Tap to focus.
    4. No filters, no “scanner” edges, no color tweaks.
    5. Name, number, DOB, and expiry are fully readable.
    6. Check accents/diacritics at 100% zoom.
    7. If name order differs (passport vs profile), add a one-line note.

    Proof of Address That Sticks

POA fails when the date, address, or name is off, or the page is cropped. I use a bank e-statement PDF when I can. It shows the issuer, my full name, full address, and a clear date. If my bank shortens my middle name, I leave a one-line note and upload (as a PDF, not a screenshot), so nothing looks tampered.

    Payment Method Proof

Payments trigger extra checks because fraud lives here. I make it simple: prove the account is mine, reveal only what’s needed, and keep each proof in its own file. Over-sharing (full card number, CVV) slows you down and puts you at risk. Under-sharing (no name, no account ID) gets auto-rejected.

    • Cards: show first 6 + last 4 only; hide the middle digits and CVV; show your name and expiry.
    • E-wallets: profile/settings screen with your name and account email/ID.
    • Bank transfer: statement page with your name, account (masked if needed), and the transfer line.
    • Crypto: TX hash, amount, time, and your wallet address. If it’s on an exchange, add the profile screen to link the address to you.

Selfie / Liveness Checks Without Repeats

Bots fail on glare, shadows, and rushed movement. I set the scene before I start. Good light. Neutral background. Phone at eye level. Then I move slowly and hold each pose a beat longer than feels natural. One clean take beats three retries.

    • Face fully in frame. No hat/glasses.
    • Hold the same ID you uploaded; keep key lines readable.
    • Follow prompts (turn head, blink, say words) slow and steady.
    • Don’t crop your chin or hairline. Keep shoulders in if you can.

File Prep: Format, Size & Names

File hygiene = faster reviews. Review teams open hundreds of files a day. Make yours easy: right format, crisp text, clear names. You’ll look legit and avoid the “please resend” loop.

    • Photos: JPG/PNG. Statements: PDF. Avoid HEIC.
    • Size: under 5–10 MB each. If you compress, re-check legibility at 100% zoom.
    • One doc per file. No collages or stitched pages.
    • Names: short and clear: ID_front.jpg, POA_2025-10-13.pdf, Wallet_Profile.png.

But before I share docs with a new site, I kick the tires in demo mode – play free endorphina slot machines and watch how the lobby loads, limits show, and cashier pages behave. If that feels clunky, I don’t start KYC there.

    Edge Cases & Workarounds

Weird cases happen. I don’t argue. I attach one solid alternative and a one-line note. That combo works far better than long emails.

    • No bills in your name: ask your bank for a stamped address letter or upload a lease addendum with your full name.
    • Shared flats or student housing: letter from landlord/university with room number, your full name, and date.
    • P.O. box or rural address: include both the box and the physical line if available.
    • Recent name change: add the change/marriage certificate.
    • Different script (Cyrillic/Latin): add a transliteration note and match DOB across docs.

    Done Right, Once (And Forever)

Build the kit. Follow the flow. Add notes when there’s a quirk. That’s it. Since I started doing this, my ID checks stopped bouncing, and payouts moved faster. Less drama. More play.
